How Our Partners Support Local Training

A product is only as good as the team using it

Even the most carefully engineered device doesn't deliver value on its own — it delivers value through the people using it every day, on their own schedules, under their own protocols. That's especially true in reprocessing, where consistent technique matters as much as the tool itself. So when we bring a new distribution partner on board, training isn't treated as a one-time formality that happens once and is filed away. It's treated as an ongoing part of what the partnership actually delivers to a hospital.

That's why local training is one of the first things we build into any new distributor relationship, and one of the things we invest in most heavily as that relationship grows.

What hands-on training actually looks like

Rather than shipping a manual and hoping it gets read, our approach centers on direct, in-person support:

  • On-site onboarding — our own team travels to the hospital or facility to walk staff through the product in the actual environment where it will be used
  • Live, hands-on demonstration — staff see and practice the workflow themselves rather than just watching a video or reading a guide
  • Role-specific guidance — reprocessing technicians, infection-control staff, and procurement teams each have different questions, and training is adapted to what each group actually needs to know
  • Follow-up visits — we return after initial rollout to answer questions that only come up once a team has real experience with the product
  • A direct line to our team — ongoing questions don't have to wait for a scheduled visit; our team stays reachable for the practical questions that come up during day-to-day use

The goal isn't just to explain how the product works. It's to make sure the people using it every day feel confident doing so, and know exactly who to reach out to if something isn't clear.

Training as a standing commitment

We see this hands-on approach as core to what a distribution partnership should deliver — not an add-on, and not something that ends once a hospital has placed its first order. Our team stays involved for as long as the partnership continues, because a hospital's confidence in a product is built the same way procurement trust is: through consistent, dependable support, not a single strong introduction.

That commitment is part of what we look for in every distributor we work with, and it's a standard we hold ourselves to directly, everywhere our products are used.
